Cale Street appointed Eurofund Group in February 2021 to conduct a strategic review of the asset and deliver a Masterplan Vision for the Derbion Shopping Centre (formerly intu Derby) including alternative use and redevelopment scenarios for Cale Street’s holdings surrounding Derbion.
Eurofund Group identified a number of value creating opportunities and these opportunities have been met with in principle support by Derby city council.
Cale Street have now appointed Eurofund Group to progress a number of value enhancing opportunities and deliver planning approvals.
