EUROFUND INVESTS OVER €10 MILLION IN THE TRANSFORMATION OF DOLCE VITA ODEÓN.
In Dolce Vita Odeón Shopping Center we are carrying out a deep work of aesthetic and commercial renovation since the beginning of the year, which will make it one of the centers with the most modern and attractive design in Spain and that will involve an investment of more than €10 millions.
The renovation, designed by the prestigious architectural studio and interior design BroadwayMaylan, which is already visible, will aesthetically improve the exterior and interior image of the center, the day and night lighting, the air conditioning - it will improve the energy efficiency of the center- and landscaping. It also includes the improvement of access and parking signs, as well as the signage of the entire center -with mupis and digital directories-, which will adapt the new corporate image that the center will release once the renovation works are completed.
The commercial and restaurant offer of the center will also be strengthened in the coming months with new spaces on the first floor, which will be occupied by national and international reference operators. In this regard, it is worth mentioning the Inditex Group's commitment to the center, with the recent expansion and relocation of the Stradivarius and Zara establishments, which are already among the largest in Galicia.
