Eurofund Logistics Capital Partners develops the first Amazon logistics center in the province of Girona

Eurofund Logistics Capital Partners is developing a next-generation turnkey project for Amazon, as the brand announced last Tuesday. It is expected that next year the opening of its first logistics center in the province of Girona will take place, which will be located in the municipality of El Far d'Empordà.

It is a large center on a 168,112 square meter plot, which will become the benchmark logistics hub in Spain for the e-commerce multinational and one of the most advanced logistics projects in Europe in terms of environmental impact. Thanks to its state-of-the-art design, it will also have the most recognized environmental certifications. The center will be occupied by Amazon on a long-term lease.

ELCP has recognized companies such as SACYR, Progeca, PCG or KREAN for the construction and execution of the logistics center which is scheduled to be delivered in June 2022.
