Eurofund Group unveils a new brand identity reflecting its creativity and commitment to exceptional service

Eurofund Group's new brand image reflects the company's commitment to creativity and service throughout its European expansion.

London, January 25 – Eurofund Group, the international investment and development company behind numerous successful real estate projects in continental Europe, has officially announced today its new corporate image, including a new visual identity and a renewed website. More visual and intuitive, the website presents the company’s projects across different business areas (Retail, Living and The Hood), as well as the team that makes up the company.

The revamped corporate image is part of the strategic plan of Eurofund Group, whose mission it is to apply its extensive experience in a creative way to new sectors. It uses capital creatively to reveal the hidden value of assets and enhance their performance through exceptional service. Similarly, the group aims to convey the company’s values, such as creativity, trust, and commitment, through a more unitary image that promotes market identification and differentiation.

Beyond Retail: Living, and Social Initiatives

From the founding of Eurofund Group in 1994, to its acquisition of Silverburn in Glasgow in March 2022, the company has maintained its leadership position in the real estate sector through analysing and repositioning assets to provide a unique value proposition —and differentiate itself.

As a result of this combination, Eurofund Group has created pioneering concepts in retail and commercial development. This includes The Hood, an innovative urban concept that brings together retail, art, culture, and gastronomy to create a community.

With a high-level management team leading the group’s strategy, the group continues to grow with appointments and additions such as Andreas Gillen as CEO of the Retail Iberia division; María Hormaeche as director of investment analysis, Allison Newton as CEO of The Hood, and Stephane Hepburn as CEO of the group in Italy. Additionally, the company continues to strengthen its teams in each of its business areas, including those in Spain, Portugal, the United Kingdom, and Italy.

“Updating Eurofund Group’s image is the most visible part of our transformation, which aims to consolidate our leading position in all sectors and markets in which we already operate and in upcoming ones—such as Italy, a country which we have recently entered.

In addition, our strategy includes creating synergies with new partners so that we can work together to increase the value of our assets”, says Ian Sandford, Executive Chairman of Eurofund Group.
